1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service set out the rules governing the use of the ininout.net website and the conditions for purchasing and using the INTRUX FiQs software.

2. Definitions
- Website - the internet service available at ininout.net, including all subpages
- Software - the INTRUX FiQs system in its current version (currently FiQs 15)
- Licensee - a natural or legal person who has acquired a licence for the Software
- Licence - the right to use the Software under the terms set out in these Terms of Service
- Technical Support - the technical assistance service provided by ININOUT LTD
3. Software Licence
a) Scope of the Licence
The licence for the INTRUX FiQs Software is:
- Perpetual - it does not expire after a specified period of time
- Single-seat - it entitles the Licensee to install and use the Software on one server (physical or virtual)
- Hardware-bound - the licence is tied to a unique hardware identifier (Hardware ID) of the physical unit or virtual instance
- Non-exclusive - ININOUT LTD may grant licences to other parties
- Non-transferable - the licence may not be transferred to a third party without the prior written consent of ININOUT LTD
b) Reinstallation and Licence Transfer
- The Licensee has the right to reinstall the Software multiple times on the same hardware unit
- In the event of hardware failure or replacement, ININOUT LTD enables the transfer of the licence to a new device after deactivation of the previous instance (re-registration required)
c) Restrictions
The Licensee shall not:
- Decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the Software
- Copy, distribute, or sublicense the Software
- Remove or modify any copyright notices or proprietary markings
- Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable law
d) Root Access
The Software provides the Licensee with full privileged account (root) access by default. Any modifications made directly to the operating system outside the graphical interface (GUI), including but not limited to editing system files, changing kernel configuration, installing third-party packages, or modifying system scripts, are made at the Licensee's sole responsibility. ININOUT LTD does not guarantee the stability or correct operation of the Software if the Licensee has made changes to the system structure via the root account.
4. Pricing and Payments
- All prices displayed on the Website are net prices (exclusive of VAT)
- The licence fee is a one-time payment
- Payment is made on the basis of a pro forma invoice or a VAT invoice
- The payment term is 7 days from the date of issue of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed
5. Technical Support and Updates
- The licence fee includes 1 year of technical support and updates, unless the sales agreement states otherwise
- Support covers assistance with configuration, problem diagnosis, and system updates
- Support is provided on business days (Monday - Friday), between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM CET
- Contact channels: e-mail, contact form on the Website, Microsoft Teams
- After the support period expires, the Software retains full functionality; however, access to new versions and technical assistance may require an additional subscription fee
- Support renewal is available under a separate agreement (annual fee)
6. Money-Back Guarantee
ININOUT LTD offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the Licensee is not satisfied with the Software, they may, within 30 days from the date of purchase:
- Submit a cancellation request by e-mail to bok@ininout.net
- Uninstall the Software and delete all copies thereof
- Receive a full refund of the amount paid
7. Limitation of Warranty and Liability
a) Warranty
- The Software is provided on an “as is” basis, without any warranties, express or implied, subject to applicable law
- ININOUT LTD does not warrant that the Software will meet the Licensee’s requirements, operate without interruption, or that errors will be corrected within a specified time
- For ISO versions, ININOUT LTD does not guarantee the correct operation of the Software on hardware components not supplied directly by the Producer
b) Disclaimer of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, ININOUT LTD shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or contractual penalties imposed by third parties) arising from the use of or inability to use the Software
- The Licensee is solely responsible for the consequences of incorrect configuration of services (firewall, QoS, routing, traffic logging)
- ININOUT LTD shall not be liable for the consequences of external attacks (DDoS, intrusions, exploits), even if they exploit vulnerabilities in the Software components or third-party systems
- The total financial liability of ININOUT LTD under any title is limited to the amount actually paid by the Licensee for the licence
8. Use of the Website
- Access to the ininout.net website is free of charge
- Any actions that may disrupt the functioning of the Website are prohibited
- The contact form is intended solely for communication related to the ININOUT LTD offering
- Sending unlawful content, spam, or malicious software is prohibited
9. Client Area
- Access to the Client Area requires a valid licence number
- The Licensee shall not disclose their licence number to unauthorised persons
- Materials available in the Client Area (ISO images, documentation, tools) are subject to the copyright of ININOUT LTD
- Downloaded materials may only be used within the scope of the applicable licence
10. Legal Compliance
The Licensee (in particular as an Internet Service Provider) is solely responsible for ensuring that the use of the Software - especially with regard to traffic logging and data retention - complies with applicable Telecommunications Law, GDPR, and other local regulations.
11. Personal Data Protection
The rules governing the processing of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy.
12. Final Provisions
- ININOUT LTD reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. Licensees will be notified of any changes by e-mail or by means of a notice published on the Website.
- If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Any matters not governed by these Terms of Service shall be subject to the laws of England and Wales (the governing law of the registered office of ININOUT LTD), and, with respect to consumer protection, the laws of Poland.
- Any disputes shall be resolved amicably, and in the absence of agreement - by a court of competent jurisdiction at the registered office of ININOUT LTD.
- Any claims arising from these Terms of Service must be submitted within 6 months from the date of the event giving rise to the claim, failing which the claim shall expire.
